Effective 3 September 2026
Free Client Access Terms
These terms govern free account access, preliminary matter submission and status communication through the Dr. Saurabh Kapoor Law Chambers portal.
1. Free platform access
Creating an account and using the preliminary matter-submission workspace carries no platform fee. A free account may submit more than one matter and view client-visible intake, review-status and next-step information published by the chambers.
2. No automatic advocate-client relationship
Registration, Login, matter submission, automated acknowledgement or preliminary guidance does not by itself create an advocate-client relationship, confirm representation or guarantee acceptance. An engagement begins only after conflict checks, professional acceptance, agreed scope and fee, and any required engagement documentation.
3. Information supplied by the account holder
You should provide accurate, current and complete information, including all known parties, forums and urgent dates. Do not rely on the portal as the sole method for protecting a limitation period, hearing date or emergency deadline.
4. Confidential and sensitive material
Do not submit privileged, highly sensitive or original documents unless the chambers specifically requests them through an approved channel. Portal access does not mean that unsolicited material has been accepted in confidence where a conflict or other professional restriction applies.
5. Free review and separately agreed paid services
Free access covers account creation, matter-detail submission and available preliminary status or procedural guidance. Consultations, drafting, filing, appearances, detailed case management, recurring support, document work and other professional services may require separate acceptance, scope, fee and billing terms. No paid plan is activated merely by creating a free account.
6. Account security and permitted use
Keep your password and User ID secure, use the account only for matters you are authorised to submit, and notify the chambers if access may have been compromised. Access may be restricted where necessary for security, misuse, professional obligations or closed matters.
7. Communications and privacy
By submitting a matter, you consent to contact through the method selected for that matter. Personal information is handled in accordance with the Privacy Notice.
8. Optional verified advocate connection
You may ask the platform to connect a matter with a verified advocate member. If you do, you consent to the minimum case and party details needed for conflict and availability review being shared with an administrator-assigned advocate. You may withdraw an uncompleted request in the client workspace. Matching is free at launch, is not guaranteed and does not itself create engagement.
9. No fee sharing or paid placement
The platform does not rank advocates, auction leads, sell placement or take a percentage or share of professional fees. Any professional fee and scope are independently agreed after conflict checks and acceptance.
10. Portal records
The portal is a communication and status aid. Court records, signed filings, formal instructions and written engagement terms remain authoritative. Client-visible summaries are not a substitute for matter-specific advice.
