Privacy Notice
How the website, client portal, advocate member portal and AI information tools handle submitted information.
Optional website analytics
After you allow analytics, Metricool measures public page visits, referral and campaign information and browser dimensions. Network request information is also processed by the provider. Login, registration, private client, advocate and CRM routes and token-bearing URLs are excluded. Use Cookie preferences to withdraw consent for future tracking. Your choice is stored in this browser.
Information you provide
We may receive contact and account details, client and opposing-party names, matter category, forum, procedural stage, deadlines, factual summaries, consent records, advocate enrolment and practice particulars, security logs and communications needed to operate the portal.
Enquiry attribution and follow-up records
New website enquiries do not retain free-form campaign parameters or browser-session tracking records. Private CRM counts are calculated within the authenticated workspace; enquiry text, party names, contact details and documents are not sent to website analytics. Case details and documents remain in the legal CRM. For first-party website and client-portal enquiries, contact details, a broad service category, source information, consent records and follow-up administration are securely copied to the owner-only Lex Orbis central CRM. Purchased-list records are excluded. This does not authorise marketing or automated calling.
How information is used
Information is used for account security, conflict and preliminary review, case-status communication, advocate enrolment verification, client-requested matching, platform administration, service improvement, misuse prevention and compliance with legal or professional obligations.
Advocate connections
Where a client expressly requests advocate assistance, the minimum case and party information needed for conflict and availability review may be shared with a manually verified advocate assigned by administration. Contact details become available after the advocate accepts the permitted connection. No public lead list is created.
AI text and voice tools
Text submitted to the AI Legal Counsellor is sent to the configured AI service to produce a response and is not intentionally saved in the portal database by the text-chat route. Voice sessions use a real-time AI service; an enquiry is saved to the Legal CRM only when the user has supplied contact details, consented and the capture tool is called. Do not submit unnecessary sensitive information, passwords, OTPs, banking credentials, Aadhaar numbers, privileged strategy or original documents.
Service providers and legal disclosure
Infrastructure, database, hosting, security and AI providers process data to operate the platform. Information may also be disclosed where required by law, court process, security needs or applicable professional obligations.
Retention and security
Records are retained only as reasonably needed for the stated purposes, security, disputes and applicable obligations. Technical and organisational safeguards are used, but no internet service can guarantee absolute security. Keep your User ID and password private.
Your choices
You may avoid the AI tools, withdraw an uncompleted advocate-matching request from the client workspace, or contact us about account information. Withdrawal does not require deletion where retention is needed for security, conflict records or legal obligations.
Account and data deletion
You can request deletion of your Law Chambers account and associated personal data without signing in. The request process explains identity verification and limited retention for applicable legal or professional obligations.
Contact
Privacy and account queries may be sent to advsaurabhkapoor@gmail.com. For urgent court or limitation matters, do not rely on email or the portal as the sole notice method.
