- Drafting support — SLPs, writ petitions, bail and quashing petitions, Section 17 SARFAESI applications, Section 7/9/95 IBC applications and replies, Section 34 and Section 9 arbitration petitions — on your instructions and in your name where you prefer.
- Filing and listing — e-filing, defect removal, mentioning for urgent listing, certified copies and inspection of records.
- Local support — court commissioners, execution, recording of evidence, and coordination with Delhi Police stations and the CAW Cell in criminal matters.
- Transfer and tagging — assistance where a matter is to be transferred to or from Delhi, or tagged with a pending Delhi proceeding.
How we work with you
Instructions in writing, a fee agreed for each appearance or piece of work, a note by email or WhatsApp on the same day as every hearing, and no direct engagement with your client except through you. Professional courtesy and the Bar Council of India rules on the relationship between advocates are followed in every instruction.
