Advocate Member Terms

1. Eligibility and verification

Membership is limited to persons who accurately provide enrolment and professional particulars and remain entitled to practise subject to applicable law and professional rules. Registration remains pending until manually verified and may be suspended or rejected where particulars cannot be verified.

2. Free launch access

The platform currently charges no advocate membership fee and no client matching fee. It does not take a percentage or share of professional fees. Any future technology fee would require separate notice, acceptance and professional-regulatory review; none is activated by these terms.

3. No marketplace solicitation

Members cannot browse a public lead list, bid for matters, purchase placement or claim ranking. A matter may be privately assigned only where a client requested advocate assistance. Assignment is an invitation to review, not a referral entitlement, engagement or guarantee of work.

4. Independent professional duties

Before accepting or acting, each advocate must independently confirm identity, conflicts, competence, jurisdiction, limitation or urgency, scope, fee and engagement terms. The platform does not direct professional judgment or guarantee facts, clients, fees or outcomes.

5. Client information

Use assigned information only for conflict, availability and engagement review. Do not reuse it for solicitation, marketing or unrelated purposes. Client contact details become available only after a permitted connection is accepted.

6. Independent practice

Membership does not create employment, partnership, agency, chambers membership, exclusivity or authority to bind Dr. Saurabh Kapoor Law Chambers or another advocate. Professional services and fees are independently agreed between the client and accepting advocate.

7. Accurate profile and conduct

Keep information accurate and factual. Do not include fabricated experience, guarantees, rankings, success rates, client names or misleading claims. Access may be restricted for misuse, inaccurate details, security risk or professional-conduct concerns.

8. Technology limitations

The portal and AI Counsellor are communication and information aids. They do not replace official court records, limitation calculation, independent legal review, signed instructions or professional obligations.
