Request account and data deletion

You can request deletion of your Law Chambers account and associated personal data without signing in.

Send your request

Email advsaurabhkapoor@gmail.com with the subject “Law Chambers account deletion request”. Include your registered email address or User ID and say whether you want your account and associated personal data deleted, or only particular personal data. If possible, send the request from your registered email address.

If you cannot access that email address, explain this in your request so we can arrange identity verification. Do not send your password, OTP, banking details or unnecessary identity documents.

What happens next

Chambers will review the request and verify that it comes from the account holder before making changes. We may ask for the minimum additional information needed to verify your identity and clarify which records the request concerns.

Following verification, we will delete the account and associated personal data that is no longer required, including account profile and contact information where it can be removed. We will explain any information that must be retained and the reason for retaining it.

Information that may need to be retained

Some matter files, communications, conflict-check records, consent records, billing records or security logs may need to be retained to meet applicable legal or professional obligations, protect legal rights, resolve disputes or prevent misuse. Retention is limited to what is necessary for those purposes; the applicable period depends on the record and obligation. Restricted backup copies may remain until the applicable backup retention cycle ends.

Deleting a portal account does not itself withdraw a court filing, terminate an agreed professional engagement or change a deadline. Contact Chambers separately about any active matter.
