Understand · Prepare · Seek human review
Find your next step
Start with the broad issue. Learn how to organise the record and understand the professional-review process, without assuming that a case has been accepted.
Foundation reading and preparation exercises. No case outcome, representation, court filing or deadline protection is promised. Current law and case-specific steps require independent advocate review.
1. Choose a preparation guide
No name, contact details or case narrative is collected by these selectors. Choices stay in this tab until you separately submit an enquiry.
From a problem to an informed resolution process
This is a process map, not live case status. Routes may differ, overlap or end after review. No outcome is promised.
Safety and urgency
Use emergency services where appropriate. Known court or legal dates need prompt human verification; do not wait for a subscription.
Understand and organise
Choose the broad issue, read the preparation guide and organise authorised copies. A learning selection is not a legal diagnosis.
Voluntary enquiry
Use the existing online enquiry form or AI-assisted preparation. Review the details, consent to submission and keep the actual receipt.
Conflict and suitability review
The chambers verifies parties, scope, availability and whether it can consider the matter. No acceptance is automatic.
Consultation and written scope
Confirm the appointment, professional work, fees, exclusions and responsibility for the next action separately.
Secure case preparation
Accepted clients use authorised documents, messages and the drafting workspace. Drafts require human review before use.
Proceedings and periodic review
The responsible advocate verifies filing, service, hearing and evidence requirements, reports developments and confirms next actions.
Decision, implementation and closure
Review the actual order, compliance, any further remedy, enforcement and closure arrangements. No result is guaranteed.
Learning and legal help are separate
The foundation library is currently free for signed-in accounts. Optional future learning plans do not buy representation or priority before a court. Existing case-workspace access is not being paywalled by this release.
Eligible people can seek official legal aid through NALSA and the relevant Legal Services Authority. This route does not require a portal purchase. Check official legal-aid information.
