Preliminary review
Matter Enquiry
Share a short, non-confidential summary. No account is needed. An enquiry does not accept an engagement or protect a deadline.
After successful submission, a receipt reference appears here. Keep it for follow-up; an email acknowledgement is not currently promised. Further details and documents can be requested after human review.
How a matter proceeds
From information to professional engagement
Read practice information

Submit a matter enquiry
Name the proposed client, opposing parties, forum, current stage and any known deadline.
Conflict and preliminary review
The chambers checks whether it can consider the matter and what further information is needed.
Professional consultation
If the matter can proceed, the appointment, consultation scope and professional terms are confirmed separately.
Drafting or written opinion
A defined drafting or opinion assignment may be agreed after review of the relevant record.
Representation
Court or tribunal work requires express acceptance, agreed scope and the relevant procedural arrangements.
Corporate Legal Desk / outside counsel
Recurring corporate advisory, dispute coordination, contract, notice, recovery, governance and litigation-oversight work may be considered under a separately agreed continuing engagement.
These are possible stages, not automatic acceptance or a promise of outcome. A matter may close after review or consultation. Scope and professional fees are agreed privately for each accepted assignment.
